Your Role: 

As the Lead Industrial Power System Study Engineer, you will lead the delivery of power system studies for industrial clients, power plants, and grid projects. This role offers a broad scope of work, from feasibility studies to detailed analysis, working alongside our exceptional engineering team. Key responsibilities include: 

• Project Delivery: Perform and drive comprehensive power systems studies, focusing on India and the Middle East. 

• Technical Analysis: Conduct a variety of studies, including power flow analysis, short circuit analysis, transient stability, harmonic analysis, motor starting, and protection coordination. 

• Quality & Compliance: Prepare high-quality study reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. 

• Client Interaction: Establish and nurture client relationships, developing business opportunities through project work, meetings, and industry events. 

• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge exchange within the team. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

To excel as a Lead Industrial Power System Study Engineer, you should bring: 

• Education: A bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 

• Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in industrial power system studies. 

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with power system modelling tools (e.g., DIgSilent PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD) and experience with Python scripting for automation. 

• Organisational Skills: Adaptable, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively. 

• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to address challenges and drive solutions. 

• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful project completion.
